Serving survivors of domestic abuse in professional & affluent communities

WomenSV

Support. Education. Advocacy.

WomenSV (Women of Silicon Valley) is a domestic violence nonprofit program which empowers domestic abuse survivors in middle-to-upper income areas to address the risks and challenges of being trapped in a relationship with a powerful, wealthy abuser. We also offer public education to raise awareness about domestic violence in affluent areas and give professional trainings to providers to help them become more trauma-informed in serving survivors in the professional and affluent community.

Our Services

Support & Advocacy

We work one-on-one with survivors to help them find the means to break free from abuse and go on to build healthier lives for themselves and their children. We assist with safety planning, provide court and attorney accompaniments and connect survivors to resources and help available to them, based on their specific needs.

We never charge for our services as we believe it is the fundamental right of every woman and child to have peace, safety, and freedom in their own home and to live free of fear.
